⭐  Charleston Portfolio (Goose Creek & Moncks Corner, South Carolina)

  • Goose Creek saw new leases up 13% and renewals up 5.75%
  • Moncks Corner delivered renewal rent growth of 6.5% and new lease growth of 16.1%
  • Leveraged smart tech (Tour24) to increase leasing efficiency
  • Adjacent land acquired by city for a new public park—a major value enhancer

⭐  Strawberry Station (Charleston, South Carolina)

  • Completed our Full Out 28-day Property Transformation renovation blitz
  • New leases reached 27% above prior rents
  • Renewals averaged 10.2% rent growth—above Year 1 pro format
  • Income after debt service exceeded budget by 27%

Across all three properties, we’re achieving our business plan ahead of schedule—with higher rents, lower expenses, and vibrant resident communities that drive long-term stability.
